State for the Colonies.

With reference to my telegram March 30th

Artificers for East Africa can be obtained immediately

but only on scale of payment as follows springsmiths

seventy Mexican dollars per month Carpenters sixty

but number one chargeman seventyfive, tinsmiths

seventy, motor mechanics or general fitters seventy,

but number one chargeman ninety, turners seventy, vulcanizers (only repair tyres) seventy, interpreters fifty, engine-smiths seventy, cooks thirtyfive, Extra pay on Sundays. Free passages out and back. Other conditions as in my cypher telegram March 30th. I should be glad to have immediate telegraphic reply.
